With the demand of
mold product and manufacturing quality is higher and higher, the high
speed cutting technology has becomes the mainstream of the current mold
industry. Many of the famous machine manufacturer such as
DMG,SCHLEIFRING ,AGIE CHARMILLES, JAPAN’S MAKINO launched new style mold
processing machine and machining centre in this show. Although the
product type and application are different, but the higher cutting speed
and machining precision is their common characteristics.
SCHLEIFRING launched
new style high speed milling machining center (MIKRONXSM600U) which can
machining mold & high value-added components. Main axis rev speed
is 36000 rpm, linear shaft and shaft are direct-drive technology, all
the axes of the dynamic performance of staggering parameters(rapid
traverse speeds 80 n/min ,acceleration 205G)
MDG launched HSC
series high speed milling machining center, it can machining workpiece
with various size and 5-axis high speed milling，it also can machining
1800KG large parts. Beside that, the rev speed of HSC20 linear is 42000
rpm. ULTRASONIC 20 linear can be completed in one machine for soft, hard
or superhard materials, ultrasonic milling and high speed milling.
Germany
OPS-INGERSOLL high speed machining center ---OPS550, its axis rev speed
is 50000 rpm, Three-stroke 550m 400mmⅹ400mm, it can machine the
material hardness than HRC60 and graphite, composite materials. It also
suit for precision tooling and machining electrodes.
High efficiency cutting tools have the big market share
According to
statistics, China’s demand for cutting tools is more than 8 billion RMB,
including high precision, high efficiency, high reliability and modern
tools, such as super hard indexable cutting tools made of carbide and
ceramic tools , the spending of these cutter is about 1.5 billion RMB,
about 80-85% need to import, the cutter for manufacturing mold accounted
for above 90%. Because the mold manufacturer need high precision, high
efficiency, high reliable ,professional cutting tools very urgently, so
the high-performance cutting tools will have the great market share in
China.
In this exhibition,

Based on mold
processing, ISCAR develop transformer end mill (MUSTER) and provide
